Sales Center Services

All captured leads are handled by the industry's most extensive and best-trained dental sales team, who evaluate, sell, and schedule qualified prospects.
The Center is staffed with former treatment coordinators and sales associates.
The team answers all inbound calls and form leads.
Each lead is repeatedly called and texted for 35 days until the patient qualifies or opts out.
The Center is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern.
After-hours and weekend calls go to voicemail. All calls are returned by a Sales Associate the next business morning.

TV Advertising Services

Microsite Health can handle all your TV advertising needs, including OTT, CTV, Streaming, and Broadcast.
Includes: YouTube, Connected TV, Streaming, Cable, and Broadcast advertising
Spanish media buys included when appropriate
Closely monitor your advertising performance by pacing actual results against your goals

Practice Office & TV Commercial Shoot

A professional production team will come to your office to create unique, engaging, and trusted content for the practice while producing programming that can be repurposed across multiple channels.

A 45-minute talk show-style format titled “The Consult” where the doctor is interviewed by a professional talent who pulls out the content in bite-sized knowledge nuggets that can be used across a range of media for “information snacking.”

To Get Started, Step One

REVIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Services Provided by Microsite Health

Upon completion of the Order Form, agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, and paying for the first month of service, Microsite Health will begin to provide the following Sales, Marketing, and Software Services:
Create and manage advertising campaigns on the Google Ads Network and Social Media Properties at its discretion to generate the optimum number of leads.
Build and maintain a Microsite of Landing Pages at its discretion to generate the optimum number of new-patient opportunities.
Create and manage the automated, customized emails, and text messages to nurture leads and re-engages non-responsive and dormant leads in the database.
Offer 2 virtual Success Coaching sessions with the practice's staff to train best practices of treatment presentations.
Provide access to and training on CRTX, a customized CRM platform to track, manage, and optimize the new patient journey.

Fee, Effective Date, Term, and Termination

The core solution fee, including the Sales, Marketing, and Software Services described herein, is $2,400 monthly. You may select additional services to take your business to the next level.
The term of this Agreement begins on the date of execution of this Agreement and continues monthly, renewing automatically on the same date of the subsequent month.
The monthly payment will be due upon the monthly anniversary of the Effective Date and will be charged to your credit card.
You may terminate this agreement at any time AFTER the 6-month minimum requirement, and all services will stop at the end of the monthly cycle. The monthly fee is not prorated.
IF USING THE SALES CENTER: You may terminate the sales center portion of your agreement at any time AFTER the 3-month minimum requirement, and all services will stop at the end of the monthly cycle. The monthly fee is not prorated.

Ownership of Advertising Accounts, Microsite, Landing Pages, and Software

All Advertising and Microsite materials prepared by us on your behalf and all Advertising Accounts set up on your behalf shall be owned by Microsite Health and shall be our sole and exclusive property. 
Upon termination of this agreement, all accounts set up on your behalf shall be closed and removed from our umbrella account.
The CRTX technology platform, all databases of information and specialized database applications, software applications, computer programming, and coding developed by or for us as well as all pre-existing materials or intellectual property of any kind used by us in performing the services, shall be owned by us and shall be our sole and exclusive property. You shall not acquire any right, license, or interest in the intellectual property of Microsite Health, and all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are hereby reserved by us.
