Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads on behalf of our clients. The leads come in the form of phone calls, text messages, or email and require prompt follow-up and nurturing. Our clients are dental offices who need support with turning inquiries about dental implants into appointments for a consultation. The role of the SDR is to answer those inquiries on the dental offices behalf, screen the patient to ensure they are qualified, and schedule appointments for patients that are interested in receiving dental implants.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls for the Dental Implant Hotline for multiple dental offices
Tracking, contacting, and texting leads in our Lead Management Software (CRM)
Communicate appointments and consultations to the appropriate dental office
Professionally represent Microsite Health and our clients
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Attend weekly team meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
Regularly meets with the Director of Lead Management to review weekly results, progress versus goals, and status of key customer relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Customer service and/or call center experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
The ability to work remotely while staying on task and meeting objectives
Dedicated workspace with a door to shut out household noises if necessary
Basic computer skills, familiar with cloud-based office software, and ability to perform online research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of dental industry experience working either within a dental office or as a representative for a lab, implant company or supplier provider
Customer service experience in the healthcare or dental industry

$20 per hour
