We sincerely regret that CRTX did not meet your expectations and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to power your patient acquisition efforts. As per the terms of your 6-month subscription agreement, you have two options if wishing to cancel before the term completes:
- Pay 60% of the remaining commitment amount as a one-time cancellation fee. This releases you from future monthly charges.
- Continue with monthly billing for the remainder of your initial 6-month subscription term.
