Here’s how to cancel your subscription to all Microsite services

At Microsite Health, we aim to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your subscription with us. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent cancellation process.

To cancel your subscription, please read the following carefully and CLICK ALL THE BOXES, signaling you’ve read and understand the policy.
Billing Cycle and Cancellation Timing:*
I understand that all services will stop at the end of the monthly billing cycle, as shown on my last invoice. All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, and the billing cycle begins on the day of the month when my subscription was initially activated. Once I submit a cancellation request, my subscription will remain active until the end of my current billing cycle. I can request a copy of my last invoice be sent to me by emailing [email protected]. Or you can check your last credit card statement.
Refunds:*
I understand that the monthly fee is not prorated, and Microsite Health does not offer refunds for any remaining days in my billing cycle after cancellation. My access to the services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, allowing me to make full use of my subscription until it expires.
Advertising and Microsite/Website Materials Ownership:*
I understand that all Advertising and Microsite/Website materials prepared by you on my behalf and all Advertising Accounts set up on my behalf are owned by Microsite Health and remain its sole and exclusive property. I understand that upon the termination of this agreement, all accounts set up on my behalf will be closed and removed from Microsite Health’s umbrella account.
Data Retention:*
I understand that upon cancellation, I will have until the end of my last billing cycle to retrieve my data stored within the system. After this period, all my data will be removed from your servers and stored in a manner that complies with HIPAA rules and requirements.
Google, Facebook, and Other Third-Party Billing:*
I understand that while my advertising stops at the end of my billing cycle, I may be charged directly by Google, Facebook, and/or Other Media Companies within the next 30-45 days to close out any remaining invoices incurred while my account was active. Microsite Health cannot affect the timing of their billing.
Please ensure you have downloaded and saved any important data before the end of this period.
