The first phase coaches your staff to understand the sales approach, in general, and how to become an advocate for the patient as well as the doctor. Session lasts 4 hours (half-day).

The third phase happens after your staff has had a chance to implement what they've learned and we can review the results.
Session is held 30 days after Phase 2 and lasts 2 hours.
