What makes a lead a good candidate?
Our Dental Expert will assess the candidate’s dental needs and determine if your treatment offerings are a good fit. If appropriate, the Expert will also financial qualify the candidate.
How do you schedule an appointment?
To optimize the caller’s experience, we require the practice to set side fixed hours during the week when the Expert can book new appointments. It’s our job to keep these hours filled with qualified candidates.
What hours does it operate?
A Dental Expert will answer calls from 8AM - 8PM, Monday-Saturday. Any calls outside of those times will be returned the following morning. All forms requesting callbacks and called with 24 hours.
Does a practice have to forward its phone?
No. When using the Microsite Health marketing service, we use call tracking that records the source and activity of every individual lead and sends the caller to the lead center’s phone number specific to your practice.
What are the qualifications of the Dental Expert?
Everyone answering or making a call to a new-patient lead has more than 5 years of experience in the dental field – so they understand and can explain the treatments – plus the personality to offer empathy to and convincingly persuade the caller that yours is the premier solution in the area. You can be confident the expert will effectively represent your practice’s values and personality.
